  Every time I come to the Florence location, it has been the worst experience ever. They are always so rude and don't want to work. I've came here 4 times and every time I left and went to the Muscle Shoals location(which let me tell you had the BEST customer service!) Mario has been my representative every time I come to the Florence location and it makes me question why I didn't go to the Muscle Shoals location to begin with. If I could give the Florence location 0 or negative stars I would. I would like to give a shoutout to Chris at the Muscle Shoals store for always being so helpful and for great customer service ever. Dear Florence, you have been ditched! I switched to Muscle Shoals. #ditchandswitchtomuscleshoals
