  Went in two weeks before Christmas to check mattress prices and to buy a Serta pillow. Was told pillow was not available in store but Huntsville store would send one on Monday, December 18. We paid for the pillow. On the 18th received a phone, pillow was not available. Would have to get it from Birmingham, but manager was going to B'ham and would bring it back on Saturday, 23rd, and we could pick it up. On the 23rd was told manager was sick and couldn't make the trip. We would get it on the 24th. On the 24th, the manager truck broke down and didn't come to work--but we were not called. Had to go to the store to find this out. We asked and received a refund. Since we prepaid, why in the world didn't this company do a drop ship. We will definitely look for another company to deal with when we DO decide to purchase a mattress...and hopefully, I will eventually get a pillow!
