  Greatly disappointed upon my recent visit to The French Basket. Seems like the buyer has NO creativity left, same merchandise from the past few years. Store resembles an overpriced Ballard Designs, but cheap quality. Consider yourself lucky if you receive assistance from the staff...those tacky girls are too busy gossiping. Pray you do not have to deal with the redneck manager, Jenny Hill. My daughter received a wedding gift bought at The French Basket and the item arrived broken, due to poor packaging on their part. Jenny would not exchange the gift or issue a credit and told me that my daughter must have broken it. Go to Halsey House or The Yellow Door!!! ---Martha
