- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 02, 2020, by Tasha BarrhoHorrible customer service and the "new" fridge we thought we were getting had roaches, was dented up and dirty. They gave us the run around for 2 weeks and never exchanged the product so we swapped to a new company. Would not recommend Bestway in Florence!
