Apparently I had the wrong wire harness adapter or the head unit was bad. They pulled my truck right in and got to troubleshooting immediately. Found the problem, offered me a better stereo head unit for well below sticker price, and had it all wired and installed within an hour! GREAT Customer service and environment. Highly recommend!
